@luffy67 - According to AniDB, the romanization of the title is "Imouto Bitch ni Shiboraretai", which (I think) roughly translates as "I want to be squeezed by my slutty little sister" (while "bitch" is actually English, they tend to use it more to mean "slut" rather than what it actually means in English). I could be wrong on the translation though.
