That's July 25th, a week before August begins. Will the batches ever catch up to the releases again or will they ever far further behind? I guess it doesn't really matter.

@NightCrawler Look at the magazine column and the # column, which is the release order. The next batch will be 2901-3000. The first release from Shitsurakuten 2018-06 was #3021, which will be in batch 3001-3100. The first release from Kairakuten 2018-07 was #3105, which will be in batch 3101-3200. As such, you still have months of waiting to go for them. You'll have to go elsewhere if you want to read them sooner.

Are all the releases on FAKKU! included in these batch downloads? Some Tachibana Omina hentai have been released on FAKKU! but haven't been included in the google sheet

@Xunder The batches are only what is available in the subscription. What you are referring have to be purchased individually as it is not part of the subscription.
